Previously, he acted as CEO of a PA-based home healthcare agency generating over $100MM in annual revenue. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Schuster has a proven record of entrepreneurial growth and strategic exits. As founding partner of Dynamic Physical Therapy, he expanded the business from a single site to 12 locations and multi-million-dollar EBITDA before its sale to Lake Capital in 2006, where he continued to drive double-digit annual growth and 90% employee retention across 48 locations in three states. He has also completed successful transactions in the veterinary and pet care sector, including the sale of Wellington Veterinary Hospital for $8MM.
